  • Unsatisfactory Service (Early Stage): If you are not satisfied during the initial phase (e.g., first design draft or demo), and you express your concern clearly and in writing within 7 days of delivery, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services that are already completed or delivered

  • Change of mind after work has started

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete requirements

  • Costs paid to third parties (e.g., hosting, domain, licensing)

  • Custom software or websites once delivered and approved

  • Digital strategy, consultation, and planning services


4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing with the following information:

  • Invoice or project reference number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documents/screenshots (if applicable)
